The diagnosis and management of dry eye is within the natural field and range of skills of eye care clinicians (optometrist and CLO). They are better positioned than the pharmacist, GP or the HES to offer solutions to very often long standing patient problems. The workshop will help you understand the importance of the tears film's quantity and quality, and how this can be assessed using techniques and aids that are readily available in practice to help your dry eye/contact lens patient.
This meeting will take place on the evening of 6 June 2019, 18:00 to 20:30. It is organised by Calderdale and Kirklees LOC and sponsored by Thea Pharmaceuticals. It is free to attend and worth 3 Interactive CET Points. It is approved for Optometrists, Dispensing Opticians, Contact Lens Opticians and Therapeutic Prescribers.
Places are limited to 50. In the event of overbooking priority will be given to performers and contractors within the Kirklees and Calderdale area.
